Graduate Apprentice 2006

Darvinder Kang, from Burton-on-Trent and a graduate of University of Sheffield (BA Hons Business Studies and Information Management) was selected from 100 applicants to become the first Graduate Apprentice in September 2006.  He was the first in his family to attend university and to set his own career path away from the family business. His year was varied to say the least, experiencing, whilst at Deloitte, working with a leading FTSE 100 client testing their controls and systems to sitting in front of the marketing director of Vivienne Westwood fashion chain pitching new internet sales ideas with 3Form. On completing his year Davinder joined management consultancy firm Accenture.
