Placement Companies

The three placement companies are carefully selected by the Talent Retention and Development Committee of Birmingham Future and vetted by Graduate Advantage to ensure that they offer the selected graduate three varied and diverse experiences. 

We are pleased to confirm that Big Four accountancy firm, Deloitte, is continuing to support the scheme for a further year.

Deloitte is one of the big four accountancy firms in the UK, servicing a vast client list that includes some of the most famous industry names in the world. The core areas of Deloitte’s expertise are Audit, Tax, Consulting and Corporate Finance.

Joining Deloitte this year are two new firms, Brewin Dolphin and The Cube.

Brewin Dolphin is one of the largest independent private client investment managers in the UK, with £20 billion under management and 40 offices across the UK and Channel Islands including on in Birmingham. 

 The Cube is Birmingham's newest world class, iconic, mixed-use building and the vision of the team who created The Mailbox. The Graduate Apprentice will spend four months working with the Cube's development team helping to shape the future of the building. The experience and the role they will undertake will be unrivalled as an opportunity to be involved in the shaping of a Birmingham landmark of the future!
