Graduate Apprentice 2007

Jason Norris was selected in the summer of 2007 to become Birmingham Future’s second Graduate Apprentice. A 22 year graduate of Durham University but originally from Devon, Jason applied for the Graduate Apprentice scheme as he was unsure of the direction of his career on leaving university. Rather than accepting a role he was unsure about he was drawn to the opportunity the Graduate Apprentice gave him to experience working at three varied work environments. Upon completing his three placements at Deloitte, LMM and 3Form Jason joined Deloitte as a permanent employee in September 2008. Since then Jason has gone on to become the chair of the Talent Retention and Development Committee of Birmingham Future. The Committee that manages the Graduate Apprentice scheme.
